The revised Architectural Guidelines were adopted by the Board of Directors on May 26, 2021. The guidelines further define the established community standards for homeowners. This document provides detailed information about certain requirements for various projects. Please also know that most projects must receive approval from the association. The Architectural Change Application (also found on the community website) must be completed and submitted for the review process prior to commencing any home/lot project.
